Reasons For Decline

Submitted Art Needs Some Work

We know, we know… Who is to say what art is “good” and what art is “bad”? Sorry to have to play God, but its for your own good. Submitted works that are not up to par with the integrity of other submissions will not be posted. Don’t worry. We are pretty liberal with our criteria for submitted designs. Also if your submission gets declined for this reason, we will send you an email with some tips to get your work into better shape.

Artwork Cannot Be Printed

If your submitted design cannot be printed on a canvas, it will NOT be posted. A good example of this is a sculpture. We think sculptures are great. However, a picture of a sculpture on a flat piece of paper is not so great. It’s boring.

Contains Copyrighted Material

A submission will be declined if it violates copyright law. As much as you want to be the next Andy Warhol, you’re going to have to do it without our help. Sorry, but lawsuits are not really our thing.

Duplicate Submission

Please do not try and submit the same design over and over. If you’re design is posted, and doesn’t win… that’s it. You will have to create an entirely new piece for a new submission to be uploaded.

Artwork Is Not Your Own

Your submission will be declined if you are not the creator. If an artwork is posted and is found to not be an original it will be taken down immediately. Members who submit artwork that is not there own will be banned from the site.
