Return Policy
We want you to be more than satisfied with your order. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it for an exchange, or refund. All returns must be made withing 90 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 90 day period.
Please return your item(s) with a copy of receipt of purchase. Also indicate what you’re returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, or refund. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you’re returning.You’ll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you would like to exchange, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT damaged (torn, ripped, crinkled, written on) prints. If a print damaged, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

Do I have to pay to send back a wrong or defective item?
If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll reimburse you for the return shipping. Please include the shipping receipt and send it back to us. With the receipt included, we’ll reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us via regular mail. Unfortunately, we will not reimburse for express shipping, so be sure to send it back via regular mail. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a return?
Processing a return take from to 1-2 weeks to be completed. Please be sure to include transit time when considering returned shipments. We will send you a returned notice via email once your return has processed.
What if the item I wanted to exchange is out of stock?
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock we will refund the original order. Refund notification will be sent instead of a shipment notification. If you still want a replacement print, then you can browse the store. All store prints are in-stock at time of purchase.
What types of shipping do you offer?
We ship everything out USPS Priority. Items ship out of Costa Mesa, CA. For transit times please visit the USPS website.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat $5 for all shipping in the United States. This may change along with expedited shipping methods.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once an order is shipped out we will provide an email, with a USPS tracking number. To track your shipment go to your account. Locate your recent order, and click track shipment.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Transit times are usually no longer than 2-5 days. If you are on the East Coast, shipping may take a little longer.
My tracking number does not work?
This is probably because the order was recently shipped. Tracking numbers only will work one USPS has scanned the package. If it has been over 24 hours and your tracking is still not working please contact us here. Don’t worry. We will get to the bottom of it.
How is my print sent?
We want to ensure your print does not arrive damaged. Prints are protected by a sheet of tissue paper, and then placed into a heavy duty cardboard cylinder shipper. If for any reason your print is damaged in transit, please email us.
What if part of my order is missing?
Your order may be shipped in different packages depending on print availability. We ship out everything as soon as its ready. This should hardly ever happen. If it does please email us.
